This notice is for Steven Iyoupe residing at the basement suite of 16696 92a Ave, Surrey, BC V4N 0C7, you have abandoned the suite from June 1st 2026, your stuff including some couches, kids car seats, some utensils are in the suite, if you do not respond to this notice within 30 days, we will dispose of all the stuff and will not be responsible for the loss of your stuff.
