Talking to TSN, Marsch is adamant that Canada was the better team today, while ruing Morocco’s quality in the final third.
“In terms of how we play, the match plan we played … what an incredible performance,” Canada’s coach said.
“What a privilege our fans have had rooting for a team that doesn’t play defensively,” he added.
“I’d rather be us than them [Morocco]. I couldn’t be prouder.”
