Firefighters battle house fire in Surrey Sunday night

Firefighting crews in Surrey were busy battling a house fire Sunday night.
Surrey Fire Service crews responded to the blaze in the 13300-block of 87A Avenue around 10 p.m. Sunday (July 5), and arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the home.
Sixteen firefighters attended the fire, which was contained in about a half-hour, according to a freelance photographer at the scene.
