This September, Northern Ontario will experience a first-of-its-kind wellness event as the Align Yoga Festival arrives at the historic Machine Shop on September 11–12, 2026, bringing together hundreds of participants for an immersive weekend dedicated to health, connection, inspiration, and community.

Created by the team behind Align Yoga Method, which is co-owned by Sarah Fratesi and Kyla Faganely, the two-day festival is designed for everyone—from seasoned yoga practitioners to complete beginners—offering more than 50 classes, workshops, and wellness experiences, including yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, inspiring keynote speakers, live music, local food, artisan vendors, and interactive wellness experiences.

“The Align Yoga Festival was inspired by our belief that wellness has the power to bring people together and that Northern Ontario deserves an event like this. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or are trying it for the first time, we want everyone to feel welcome. This weekend is about connection, inspiration, and building a stronger community,” says Sarah Fratesi, Co-owner of Align Yoga Method.

Friday evening begins with an opening celebration featuring wellness sessions, mocktails, live entertainment, and a curated vendor marketplace before Saturday expands into a full day of programming, allowing attendees to customize their own festival experience from multiple sessions taking place throughout the venue.

Hosted inside the iconic Machine Shop, the festival is expected to attract participants from across Northern Ontario and beyond, positioning Sault Ste. Marie as an emerging destination for wellness tourism.

Tickets Now Available

Festival organizers are encouraging the public to purchase tickets early, as capacity is limited. Weekend passes include access to all festival programming, while day passes and bundle pricing are also available.

Whether you’re attending with friends, family, or on your own, the Align Yoga Festival promises a weekend that leaves participants feeling energized, inspired, and deeply connected.

Local Businesses Invited to Become Festival Sponsors

The Align Yoga Festival is also seeking community-minded businesses and organizations to become official sponsors of this landmark event.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to:

Showcase their brand to hundreds of engaged wellness enthusiasts.
Demonstrate their commitment to health, wellness, and community.
Receive meaningful exposure through event marketing, social media, signage, and promotional opportunities.
Build authentic relationships with a growing audience that values local businesses and community partnerships.

Organizers are offering flexible sponsorship opportunities designed to meet a variety of budgets and marketing goals.

“This is more than sponsoring an event—it’s investing in a healthier, stronger community while aligning your business with one of Northern Ontario’s most exciting new annual festivals,” says Kyla Faganely.

Vendor applications and sponsorship opportunities remain open but are expected to fill quickly.
