Trackhouse Racing arrives at EchoPark Speedway with plenty of momentum both on and off the track.
The organization enters Atlanta race weekend fresh off the launch of Red Bull’s first NASCAR-themed energy drink promotion in 15 years, featuring Trackhouse drivers Connor Zilisch and Shane van Gisbergen on limited-edition cans available exclusively through Circle K stores.
On the racetrack, Ross Chastain, Zilisch and van Gisbergen each bring compelling storylines into Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race.
Chastain returns in the familiar Moose Fraternity colors, a partnership now in its seventh season. The No. 1 driver has been one of the strongest performers at the reconfigured EchoPark Speedway, posting two runner-up finishes, a third-place result in February and 117 laps led since the track’s 2022 transformation.
“I’ve been pretty close to victory lane a couple of times with the new surface at EchoPark,” Chastain said. “I’m a fan of the racing there.”
Meanwhile, rookie Connor Zilisch continues to gain experience on one of NASCAR’s most demanding drafting tracks. The Trackhouse development driver finished 11th at Atlanta in 2025 and earned his first career Cup Series stage points at the track earlier this season.
“You’ve got to be very aggressive and track position is very important,” Zilisch said. “You have to fend for yourself.”
Van Gisbergen enters the weekend in the strongest position of the three. The New Zealander owns two victories this season, sits 14th in the championship standings and holds a 26-point advantage above the playoff cut line. Despite his road-course success, van Gisbergen knows the next seven races on ovals will determine his postseason fate.
“It’s one of my better tracks,” van Gisbergen said of EchoPark Speedway. “I always seem to go well there, but it’s a crazy place to race.”
