Lindolfo Delgado and Arthur Biyarslanov verbally commit to vacant IBF title showdown

Lindolfo Delgado and Arthur Biyarslanov have verbally agreed to meet on the late-October ‘Mexico versus the World’ card for the vacant IBF junior welterweight belt in Saudi Arabia, an individual connected to the deal told BoxingScene Thursday.

Mexico’s Delgado, 24-0 (16 KOs), and Canada’s Russian-born Biyarslanov, 21-0 (17 KOs), will meet on the DAZN-streamed Riyadh Season card headlined by four-division champion Canelo Alvarez’s attempt to recapture the WBC super middleweight belt from new champion Christian Mbilli.
