Sam Mayer earned a sweep of NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series pole positions at Atlanta this year, winning the pole for Saturday’s Focused Health 250 with a lap of 31.944 seconds/173.554 miles per hour around the 1.5-mile Hampton, Georgia track.
“These guys did a really good job executing throughout the week to get ready for this place,” Mayer told CW Sports. “Car’s fast, obviously. Hats off to these guys at Haas Factory Team.”
The pole is the third of 2026 for Mayer and the sixth of his NOAPS career.
Carson Kvapil will join Mayer on the front row. Both drivers are searching for their first win of 2026, with Kvapil looking for his first career win.

Defending series champion Jesse Love, who can clinch a Chase berth on Saturday night, will start third, with William Sawalich and Sammy Smith rounding out the top five. February Atlanta winner Sheldon Creed, Brent Crews, Rajah Caruth, Taylor Gray and Patrick Staropoli completed the top 10 starters.
Kvapil was quickest in the first round of qualifying, while Caruth surprisingly knocked Austin Hill out of the final round of qualifying to advance.
Other notable qualifying efforts include Hill in 11th, Chicagoland winner Brandon Jones in 12th, Corey Day in 13th, Jake Finch in 15th, points leader Justin Allgaier in 16th and defending Atlanta summer winner Nick Sanchez in 18th.
Blaine Perkins and Jordan Anderson will start 37th and 38th, respectively, after issues in qualifying, while Carson Ware (36th) ran the slowest lap of the 36 drivers to take time without issue.
The Focused Health 250 will go green shortly after 7 p.m. ET, with coverage on the CW, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
