Calgary comes in fresh off a 58-36 demolition of Toronto, their second straight win and proof this offense can hang points with anybody. Montreal’s no slouch either, sitting 3-1 in their last four with a wild 37-35 win over Ottawa last time out. Both teams have found the over in every game they’ve played this season, and with these two units trending upward, there’s no reason to expect this one to slow down.

Montreal’s defense has been banged up in the secondary, but their offense has been nearly mistake-free through the air. Calgary’s issue is health on the back end — this could be the game where Davis Alexander’s clean pocket presence and Montreal’s playmakers outside finally pull away in the fourth quarter.

Davis Alexander (Montreal Alouettes, QB) — 107-of-154 for 1,478 yards with 7 TDs and zero picks, the most efficient arm in the league right now.
Tyson Philpot (Montreal Alouettes, WR) — Leads the CFL with 587 receiving yards and figures to see plenty of volume against a Calgary secondary dealing with injuries.
Dedrick Mills (Calgary Stampeders, RB) — 339 yards on the ground this season, and establishing him early could be Calgary’s best way to keep Montreal’s offense off the field.

Reggie Begelton (Calgary Stampeders, WR) — Out with a knee injury, a real loss for Calgary’s receiving corps.
Jaydon Grant (Calgary Stampeders, DB) — Out with an ankle injury, thinning out an already shorthanded secondary.
