Mitsuro Tajima flattens Muhetoer Maihemut to capture the OPBF Cruiserweight championship in Osaka
OSAKA, JAPAN – Heavy-handed boxing erupted with a brutal finish in the cruiserweight division. Local idol and #6-ranked contender Mitsuro Tajima crowned himself as the new Orient and Pacific Boxing Federation (OPBF, a WBC-affiliated organization) champion by scoring a devastating fifth-round knockout over the powerful defending Chinese champion, Muhetoer Maihemut.
The electric battle, held this past July 11th in the historic city of Osaka, Japan, served as the main event of the high-profile card presented by the prestigious TNK Promotion.
From the opening bell, both juggernauts traded heavy artillery, keeping the crowd on the edge of their seats. The reigning monarch, Maihemut, attempted to assert his dominance, but Tajima’s superior speed, precision, and fearsome punching power quickly began to inflict insurmountable damage.
