This year’s Wimbledon championships has come to an end and the winners have been crowned. But we can’t talk about the marquee tennis tournament without acknowledging the major fashion serves both on and off the manicured grass courts of the All England Club in south London.

Heat waves across Europe have made headlines over the past few weeks, but that didn’t stop athletes and attendees from going all-out in the sartorial department. We’ve rounded up some of this year’s best Wimbledon fashion moments, from Naomi Osaka’s kimono-inspired outfit to Jennifer Lopez’s statement-making hat.

The championships churned out winning styles right from the get-go. Case in point: Naomi Osaka’s striking kimono-inspired ensemble by Tokyo-based designer Yaga Hani. The outfit, which she wore on Day 1 of the tournament, featured delicate bow details and embroidered cranes and cherry blossoms. The Japanese tennis star topped off her look with a traditional kanzashi hairpin.
