When the Danish Golf Championship takes over Great Northern in Kerteminde from August 13 to 16, it will be with Navimow as both Main Partner and Official Lawn Mower Partner. 

The tournament is part of the DP World Tour and is being held this year for the 12th time. Over four days, players, fans and golf enthusiasts gather in the middle of one of Denmark’s most beautiful golf environments – with a view of precise shots, close decisions and summer-green fairways in absolute top shape. 

Precision on the Turf
The partnership is a natural extension of Navimow’s focus on intelligent lawn care, because golf grass in particular places some of the world’s highest demands on precision, evenness and visual finish, and this is exactly where Navimow’s navigation technology and intelligent cutting systems come into their own. At the same time, the Danish Golf Championship marks another step in Navimow’s European sports venture, following the brand’s partnership with the Bad Homburg Open in Germany.

Close to the game, the grass and the technology
Navimow also puts its own stamp on the audience experience with the competition “Win with Navimow – The Navimow Couch Sweepstakes”. Via a quiz on Navimow’s website, fans can participate in the draw for a very special seat on Navimow’s sofa at the 12th hole – close to the game, the atmosphere and the moments when the pulse rises, and the crowd holds their breath. 

Navimow will also be a visible part of the experience around the Great Northern. Ten robotic lawnmowers will be deployed across the course: six serving as tee markers at holes 10, 12, and 18, two dispalyed in the 18th hole drop zone, and two performing live mowing demonstrations on site – bringing visitors up close to the grass, the game, and the special atmosphere that arises when golf unfolds at The Great Northern.
