Edmonton father pushes police for charges in daughter’s homicide
The father of Teresa Katcheech wants justice after police have yet to lay charges in her homicide in nearly six months. Family members, he says, are anxious about their safety without knowing who police suspect killed her. Lauren Boothby reports.
