South Surrey home one of 12 grand-prize options in Dream Lottery

A South Surrey home is among grand prizes up for grabs in the 2026 BC Children’s Hospital Dream Lottery.
The lottery – in support of research initiatives “aimed at redefining the future of pediatric care” – launched this week, with ticket sales to continue through till midnight Oct. 9, or until tickets sell out.
“Behind every Dream Lottery ticket is a shared commitment to improving the lives of children and families across British Columbia,” BC Children’s Hospital Foundation CEO Malcolm Berry said in a news release.
“The generosity of participants helps fuel discoveries, treatments and innovations that are changing what is possible in child health. We are deeply grateful for that support and the difference it makes for kids across the province.”
Located at 13156 19A Ave., the South Surrey grand-prize home is a 4,385-square-foot abode features five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, and is part of a prize package that includes a 2026 Toyota bZ Electric, $75,000 in travel gift cards, a $15,000 grocery gift card (or $11,000 cash), and $100,000 in cash.
It is one of 11 prize-home options across the Lower Mainland, Okanagan and Vancouver Island, each worth more than $3 million. The winner will also have the option of choosing $2.5 million cash.
In all, 2,300 prizes are up for grabs.
“If you’ve been waiting for a reason to dream bigger, this is it,” BCCH Dream Lottery spokesperson Erin Cebula said in the release.
An early bird draw offers one winner the choice of two prize packages or $215,000 cash; another 40 will receive $1,000 cash and 20 will win $500.
