Going into Saturday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at North Wilkesboro Speedway, there are only four races left in the Truck Series regular season. Here’s what the Chase bubble looks like after the 14th race of the season at Lime Rock Park on July 11. 

1. Layne Riggs (Clinched)

2. Kaden Honeycutt (Clinched)

3. Chandler Smith (+140)

4. Christian Eckes (+139)

5. Gio Ruggiero (+130)

6. Ty Majeski (+62)

7. Ben Rhodes (+54)

Rhodes lost 17 points to the cut line after finishing 31st at Lime Rock. The two-time champion still has a comfortable buffer but can’t afford another sub-30th-place finish, or he may end up squarely on the bubble. 

8. Daniel Hemric (+53)

On the flip side, a sixth-place run at Lime Rock for Hemric saw him gain 18 points on the cut line. The 2021 O’Reilly Series champion is yet to win a race this year but has been consistent enough to put himself in position to make the Chase. 

9. Grant Enfinger (+42)

Winning fixes everything, and Enfinger’s victory at Lime Rock saw him gain 47 points on the cut line and jump from the first man out in 11th to the right side of the bubble. North Wilkesboro has been an excellent track for the veteran, and a good run could begin to solidify his Chase berth. 

10. Tyler Ankrum (+17)

Ankrum finished 25th at Lime Rock but only lost six points to the cut line. He and the No. 18 team will be put to the test over the final four races of the regular season. 

11. Stewart Friesen (-17)

Friesen finished ninth at Lime Rock but still lost seven points to the cut line. He needs a good points day at North Wilkesboro to cut into Ankrum’s deficit because simply trading blows won’t be enough to vault him into the postseason. 

12. Jake Garcia (-17)

Garcia was the last man to go into Lime Rock and left as the second man out. He lost 22 points to the cut line after finishing 22nd, and a once-promising campaign has quickly gone south. 

13. Brenden Queen (-21)

Say what you will about RAM’s return to the Truck Series, but Queen has done a commendable job putting his No. 12 team in position to make the Chase. The short track ace has a golden opportunity at hand this weekend at North Wilkesboro to gain on the cut line. 

14. Andres Perez (-31)

A fantastic run and seventh-place finish at Lime Rock resuscitated Perez’s Chase hopes. With momentum on his side, a top 10 at Wilkesboro could bump him up another spot or two in the standings.
