13 year-old missing boy from Whitby could be in Toronto

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy from Whitby.

Durham Regional Police say Zane is Black with a light complexion, has a heavy build and an afro hairstyle.

He was last seen wearing a white and grey Essentials tracksuit, black running shoes and carrying a black Nike backpack.

Investigators believe Zane may be in Toronto.

It is unclear whether he is travelling on foot or by public transit, and if he is alone or in the company of others.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Durham Regional Police at 905-579-1520 ext. 1805.
