Peel Regional Police’s Major Crime Bureau is investigating a shooting that occurred in Brampton on Wednesday night.
Police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 9:10 p.m. in the area of Dixie Road and Lisa Street.
Authorities have not released any information regarding potential victims or suspects.
In a social media update, Peel Regional Police stated that there is no known threat to public safety at this time.
