A Cross Lake woman has not been heard from since she arrived in Winnipeg for an appointment on July 18, RCMP say.
Police said in a news release Monday that it’s not known whether Dixie Richard, 36, made it to the appointment.
Manitoba RCMP received a missing person report around 9:15 p.m. Saturday.
Richard is described as five feet one inch tall, with a thin build and long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black tank top, black leggings and black Nikes, and was carrying a black cross-body bag. She might be wearing a baseball cap.
Police believe Richard is still in Winnipeg. They asked anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Cross Lake RCMP at 204-676-2600.
