MOUNTAINVIEW DISC GOLF COURSE

This weekend, MountainView Disc Golf Course on St. Joseph Island is hosting the Northern Ontario Disc Golf Championship for the second year in a row.
The 2026 Northern Ontario Championships take place Aug. 1–2, presented by North Channel Strategies and Dynamic Discs. Hosted by the St. Joseph Island Disc Golf Club as a PDGA B-tier event, it is part of the official Ontario Tour Series.
Event Schedule & Locations
Friday, July 31 (6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.): Random Doubles at MountainView ($5 per player).
Saturday, Aug. 1 (8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.): Check-in, player’s meeting, and two shotgun-start 18-hole rounds at MountainView Disc Golf Course.
Saturday, Aug. 1 (6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.): Player’s party, dinner, and player packs pickup at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 374 in Richards Landing.
Sunday, Aug. 2 (9 a.m. – 2 p.m.): Final round featuring a 27-hole tee-times start.
