The Medicine Hat Interpretive Program’s Nature Journal series will continue for a third instalment on a more naturalist and scientific approach to self-awareness.
This program will be hosted at Ajax Coulee Trail, specifically the Connaught Drive entrance, on Aug. 21 from 6-7:30 p.m. It invites participants to create a journal using supplies such as water colour, glue, cutouts and tape to start on their journey to better journaling.
The program costs $10 per person to attend, with costs covering the journals themselves and other supplies for participants to use, as well as being matched by Rogers Birdies for Kids up to 50 per cent to help continue to fund the wide variety of public programs that the Centre offers.
If someone has previously completed the program and has paid at an earlier instalment, they will not be charged again. Those attending are asked to bring a lawn chair, water bottle, sunscreen and whatever else you need to be outdoors as well to dress for the weather.
Registration is required to attend, so those interested are asked to secure their spot by calling 403-529-6225 or visiting the Nature Centre.
