The average home price across all property types was below $900,000 again last month in Brampton, but the list of the city’s most expensive home sales was topped by a two-storey mansion that traded hands for more than 4.8 times that amount.

Home sales across Brampton fell 3.9 per cent month-over-month in July to 498 transactions, while the average selling price slipped just 0.3 per cent to $885,702.

Here’s a look at the five most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month.

4 Grafton Cres. – $4,320,000
