Vancouver Police searching for missing 97-year-old woman
Vancouver: The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing 97-year-old woman.
Shui Chun Tang lives in the Strathcona neighbourhood and last spoke with her family at approximately noon today. They became concerned when she was not at home for dinner by 6:00 p.m.
Ms. Tang suffers from dementia and requires heart medication. She is 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 90 lbs. Her family believes she only leaves home to go grocery shopping in Chinatown, and she is usually carrying a maroon coin purse containing her identification and family contact information.
If Ms. Tang is located, the VPD asks that you stay with her and call 911 immediately.
