Condos may not have been the most popular property type to trade hands in Brampton last month, but a drop in prices kept the market active with the lowest prices in the city.

Sales  of condos dropped 46.3 per cent in July from the previous month to just 22 transactions, while the average selling price also came down with a 7.5 sip to $399,331 – the largest decline of any housing type in Brampton.
