The least expensive home sold for under $350,000 in Mississauga last month.

The latest data shows both sales and prices are down across the Greater Toronto Area.

In Mississauga, the average home selling price dropped to $899,002 in July, down 11.4 per cent compared to $1,014,120 in June. The average price was at $995,599 in July 2025.

Home sales declined 11.8 per cent month-over-month to 500 transactions in the city.

Real estate platform Zoocasa found the five least expensive homes sold in July all went for under $400,000.

This one-bedroom plus den unit is in the City Centre. It comes with two full bathrooms, a closet and French doors in the den, a new dishwasher and views of the Toronto skyline from the balcony.

This home sold for $380,000, over the $299,000 list price. The property owner paid $550,000 in April 2021 for this place.

This one-bedroom plus den unit in Cooksville has over 1,000 square feet of living space, an ensuite storage room and two parking spaces. Amenities include a gym, an outdoor pool, a party room and tennis courts.

This place sold for $375,000, under the $389,900 list price.

This renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit suite in Cooksville offers over 1,100 square feet of living space. The unit features an open-concept layout, updated laminate flooring, a renovated kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. The unit comes with two lockers.

This place sold for $355,000, under the $365,000 list price.

This one-bedroom plus den unit is located at Hurontario Street and Eglinton Avenue. Features include nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open-concept layout, designer cabinetry, a deep soaker tub and rainfall shower. Building amenities include a 24-hour concierge, an indoor pool, a hot tub, a fitness centre, a yoga studio, a billiards room, a party room, a theatre and an outdoor terrace.

This place sold for $350,000, over the $340,000 list price.

The least expensive home on this list is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo unit in Streetsville. Features include a new fridge, stove, range hood, a dishwasher, new flooring and an in-suite laundry area. It also has an underground parking spot and covered balcony.

This place sold for $340,543, under the $359,900 list price.
