We’re more than halfway through 2026, and Mississauga’s Heartland Town Centre has already seen a ton of exciting new openings this year.
From Japanese ramen and premium leather goods to a sprawling new indoor playground, Heartland Town Centre at Mavis and Brittania has seen a variety of exciting arrivals, with even more slated to open before the year is through.
Here’s what opened at HTC during first half of 2026:
Danier Leather

The iconic Canadian leather brand Danier opened at Heartland in March, bringing their selection of premium leather jackets, bags, boots, wallets, and accessories to the popular outdoor shopping centre.
Known for their genuine craftsmanship and uncompromising quality, Danier has a reputation of using the most exquisite leathers and materials in their carefully curated collection, designing clothing and accessories so they’re not just stylish but long-lasting. This internationally known brand just opened at Heartland recently in June, and it’s where shoppers will find a wide selection of beauty products, home décor, electronics, toys, stationery, and snacks, all at affordable prices.
Miniso turns every visit into a playful shopping experience that doesn’t break the bank. With more than 5,000 locations across the world, Miniso is an international phenomenon and has collaborated with major brands including Coca Cola, Marvel, Hello Kitty, Sesame Street, Mickey and Minnie, Pink Panther, We Bare Bears and Beijing’s Palace Museum.
Kinton Ramen

There’s nothing like a hot or cold savoury bowl of ramen, and Kinton Ramen is one of the city’s most popular places to get it. Kinton’s authentic ramen is crafted with rich broths, signature noodles, and a variety of fresh toppings delivering bold flavours.
Having opened at Heartland in June, the new restaurant is just one of many locations for the proudly Canadian franchise, which has grown to become one of the biggest ramen shops in North America. They’re known for their warm, cozy atmosphere that pairs perfectly with a hot bowl of ramen.
Kids Empire

Kids Empire at Heartland Town Centre is a brand new option for keeping the kids entertained. This massive indoor playground is 11,000 sq. ft packed with climbing structures, slides, and interactive play zones, making it a fantastic spot for family-friendly fun.
Having opened its doors in April, this is the very first Kids Empire location in Canada with over 100 worldwide. In addition to the fun and games, the centre has a snack bar, and also offers birthday party packages that allows families to host and customize an unforgettable birthday celebration.
Norman Window Fashions

Canada’s first-ever Norman Design Studio is in Mississauga. It offers an immersive showroom experience for custom high-end window treatments and smart home automation.
