The Swiss driver, who finished 4th in the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans with the Hertz Team Jota Cadillac V-Series.R, attended the 15th stage of the Tour de France between Champagnole and the Solaison plateau, won by Remco Evenepoel. He tells us about his experience with the EF Education-EasyPost team.
How did this immersion phase with EF Education-EasyPost go?
The reason I went is that my father ( Jean-Denis Delétraz ) and I love cycling. We were looking at the route and saw that this stage passed a few kilometers from Geneva, notably over an absolutely dreadful mountain pass, so steep (Salève – Col de la Croisette) that it should almost be illegal to cycle on it.
