One year after being placed into receivership, Edmonton City Centre has a buyer. Westrich Pacific, an Edmonton-based developer, wants to convert part of the downtown mall into housing, plus build more street-facing retail and a rooftop Nordic spa. The Downtown Edmonton Community League’s president spoke to Edmonton AM’s Tara McCarthy about the potential for change.
