PENDLETON, Ore.- Pendleton Boxing Club is hosting their second annual Pendleton Boxing Classic August 16 and 17.
Rob Brooks, Coach at Pendleton Boxing Club said so far 100 people are registered to box at the Pendleton Convention Center Friday and Saturday.
“We’ve got amateurs coming from all over the place,” said Brooks. “Some of it is tournament bouts, some kids will be fighting two days in a row and some are just match bouts.”
Brooks said he is excited to give amateur boxers in the area a home fight and experience for all levels.Â
Event registration for boxers is $20 and tickets to watch are $10 at the door.Â
