Surrey Police request assistance in locating missing person

Surrey Police Service (SPS) are requesting for public assistance in locating a 32-year-old man named Jadyn Adamson.
SPS announced in a release that Adamson was last seen at approximately 2:00 p.m. on Aug. 21 in the 17000 block of 82 Avenue, Surrey.
SPS says Adamson left his home pushing a wheelbarrow with camping equipment that was later located on Aug. 22, in the area of 172 Street and 80 Avenue, Surrey.
Adamson is described as White, 6’0” tall and 140 pounds, with short brown hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green sweater, pale green shorts, and a Grizzlies Baseball hat. He was also not wearing shoes.
SPS says Adamson left on foot and will usually camp in the green spaces in the area however his camping equipment, and belongings were located which has been described as unusual behaviour.
SPS explained that all attempts in locating Adamson have been unsuccessful and police and family are concerned, leading them towards requesting assistance from the public, media, and social media to help locate him.
The public should be aware that police are said to be actively searching the area and are requesting home or vehicle owners who have any CCTV or dashcam footage to contact SPS.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Jadyn Adamson or who observed a male pushing a wheelbarrow in the area of 172 Street and 80 Avenue, Surrey, on the afternoon of August 21, 2026, is requested to contact SPS at 604-599-0502 and quote file 26-89789 (SP).
