Unbeaten, three-division champion Benavidez, 32-0 (26 KOs), of Phoenix is nearing agreement to pursue a third cruiserweight belt against Poland’s interim WBC 200lbs champion Michal Cieslak, 28-2 (22 KOs), atop a December 12 card in Glendale, Arizona.
