Tuesday is expected to bring cloudy skies and wind gusts up to 40 km/h to parts of the Greater Toronto Area and southern Ontario.
Environment and Climate Change Canada says the morning will be mainly cloudy in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Oshawa and the Niagara area.
A northwest wind will be blowing around 20 km/h in the morning with wind gusts around 40 km/h before noon in Toronto, Caledon, Barrie, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, and Oakville.
The daytime high will be around 25 C in Mississauga but will feel more like 29 C due to the humidity. The UV index will be 5 of “moderate,” the weather agency says.
Other parts of the province, including Kenora, could see storms with wind gusts up to 80 km/h and hail up to 3 cm in diameter through Tuesday morning.

Skies are expected to clear into the evening in Mississauga and Oshawa, with partly cloudy conditions in Niagara Falls, Oshawa and Toronto.
Conditions will be similar on Wednesday with a mix of sun and clouds in the forecast and a high of 25 C in Mississauga. The evening could bring showers with a 30 per cent chance, and an overnight low of 17 C.
The Weather Network says Thursday could bring a 40 per cent chance of showers to Mississauga during the day with a high of 25 C that will feel more like 31 C due to the humidity.
Friday could bring more showers and a high of 24 C that will feel more like 31 C due to the humidity.
