UPDATE: Peel police said shortly before 4 p.m. that a man in his 60s has been pronounced dead following the crash.
The Peel Regional Police Major Collision Bureau has been notified and the road closures are still in place.

One person has been rushed to hospital and police have closed a busy Brampton intersection following a crash on Friday.
The collision happened shortly before 1:30 p.m. in the area of Queen Street East and Delta Park Boulevard in Brampton, Peel Regional Police say.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash and one of the drivers has been transported to hospital with serious injuries, police say.
No details about the victim have been disclosed. Police say the driver of the other vehicle remained on the scene.
Peel police say the intersection at Queen Street and Delta Park Boulevard is closed, while westbound traffic is being blocked on Queen Street at Goreway Drive.
One lane is also closed to eastbound traffic on Queen Street at Airport Road.
