The eyes of the tennis world are on Flushing Meadows, New York, again for the US Open.

The standalone mixed doubles tournament served as an appetiser but Sunday marks the start of the main event and means a fortnight of top-class tennis lies ahead.

Aryna Sabalenka is hunting a third-straight title as top seed and will take some beating on the hard courts of Flushing Meadows. That said, the women’s draw is as competitive as ever and Sabalenka has failed to fully fire at the grand slams this year.

Defending champion Carlos Alcaraz is set for his celebrated return to grand slam action after spending much of 2026 sidelined with injury but fans will have to wait for another showdown with rival Jannik Sinner. The Italian has pulled out of the US Open due to injury, which leaves Alexander Zverev as top seed.

Though Jack Draper and Emma Raducanu join Sinner on the list of absentees, there is healthy British representation in New York.

Radio Times has the full order of play for the US Open 2026, with the full tournament schedule, updated with the latest matches each and every day.
