The summer real estate market wraps up in just a few weeks, and so far the biggest sale of the season in Brampton is a six-bedroom mansion that moved last month for $5.6 million.

The five most expensive homes sold in Brampton in August were all marked higher than the average selling price of around $885,702 when the month started, and ranged from more than $1.9 million to more than five million.
