The Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service responded to a house fire on Tu-Pelo Avenue Tuesday afternoon.
Crews arrived at a home in the 200 block of Tu-Pelo Avenue around 4:14 p.m. and found smoke and flames coming from the building.
Firefighters began battling the blaze, which was under control by 4:52 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
