Police say they found the vehicle that was involved in a Gresham hit-and-run crash that killed a construction flagger early Monday morning.

They say they found it in Vancouver.

The crash happened at around 5 a.m. near Northeast Hogan Drive near Division Street when the driver of the vehicle went through a construction site, police said.

Miguel Jimenez, 50, was taken to a hospital with serious injuries and died on Monday night.

Gresham police said that Vancouver officers found the vehicle at an apartment complex on Wednesday afternoon.

Police said they used surveillance video and city-owned public safety cameras to identify the vehicle in the crash, which they described as a white-colored sedan.

Police seized the vehicle as evidence.

No one has been arrested.

Police are still investigating.
