More than $9 million has been cut from the listing for 1263 Balfour Ave.

The Shaughnessy house was listed at $25.99 million in 2024. Now, two years later, it’s still on the market, but the price has dropped to $16.8 million.

The house itself is located inĀ First Shaughnessy, the oldest section of the neighbourhood famed for its high-end housing.

Located at 1263 Balfour Ave. the house is a remodelled version of the original built in 1912. Local architect Loy Leyland designed the update with Feng Shui principles in mind, according to the listing.
