A man is wanted after a stabbing and several attempted carjackings in Brampton Sunday night.
Peel Regional Police say the incidents happened near Clockwork Drive and Creditview Road at 10 p.m.
The suspect first attempted to take a vehicle while the owner was sitting inside.
During the incident the suspect allegedly stabbed the victim before fleeing the area on foot.
The victim was taken to a local trauma centre with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators say the suspect then went to a nearby home, kicked in the front door and demanded the keys to a vehicle.
He was unsuccessful and fled the house.
The suspect then attempted to carjack two more vehicles in the area before again fleeing on foot. No one was injured during those attempts, police say.
The suspect is described as a South Asian man between 25 and 30 years old with a slim build and a possible tattoo on his neck.

He was reportedly wearing a grey sweater, light-coloured pants, black Crocs and a blue and white Toronto Blue Jays baseball cap. He was also carrying a black messenger-style bag over his shoulder.
Police say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Members of the public are being warned not to approach him and to call 911 immediately if he is seen.
