A man in his 20s is dead after a motorcycle crash in Scarborough Tuesday afternoon, police said.
Officers responded to reports of a motorcycle striking a vehicle around 2:05 p.m. near Bertrand Avenue and Crockford Boulevard, Toronto police said on social media platform X.
Police said the motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene, police said. Paramedics are assessing the 45-year-old female driver for shock and another passenger.
Bertrand Avenue from Warden Avenue to Thermos Road was closed while police investigated, but has since reopened.
