Winnipeg police are looking from a man wanted for arson and extortion and say he could be in Ontario.
Farhan Nabil, 29, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant linked to an ongoing extortion and arson investigation involving retail businesses in Winnipeg.
Six people were previously arrested in connection with the incidents that occurred in July 2025.
Nabil is facing two counts each of conspiracy to commit an indictable offence (arson) and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence (Extortion).
Durham police shared the information from Winnipeg police on X, but have not commented if there is a connection to the region.
