Lando Norris will lead the F1 field away for the Spanish Grand Prix after pipping Kimi Antonelli to pole by just 0.011s.

For the third time in the last four races, Norris secured P1 on the grid, doing so at the death in Madrid to deny Mercedes’ Antonelli another pole.

They start ahead of Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton on a second row featuring 11 world championships and 177 grand prix wins, with George Russell sixth.

Home favourites Fernando Alonso and Carlos Sainz are 17th and 20th, respectively, with Sainz being handed a three-place grid drop for impeding Valtteri Bottas during Q1.

Oliver Bearman, who was unable to qualify following his crash in FP3, will start to the pit lane after a chassis change on his Haas.
