Winnipeg police are investigating a serious collision that happened Sunday morning in the northwest part of the city.
The crash involved two vehicles near the intersection of Leila Avenue and McGregor Street, according to police.

Photos from the scene show extensive damage to a black vehicle, particularly to its front end. A second vehicle, which appears to be white, came to rest upside down after hitting a tree.
