Kaira Anu, who won Splitsvilla X6 alongside Kushal Tanwar aka Gullu earlier this year, opened up about her relationship, breakup and trust issues during the premiere of Rise & Fall Season 2. Kaira and Gullu had lifted the Splitsvilla X6 trophy in May 2026, winning the season and a cash prize of Rs 20 lakh.During her introduction on Rise & Fall 2, Kaira spoke about how her relationship and subsequent breakup had both become subjects of public discussion. Addressing the criticism that she had made her way through Splitsvilla because of her connection with Gullu, she said, “Mera relationship toh trend hua hai, but mera breakup bhi. Aur sab kehte hain Gullu Gullu karke I made my way up. But honestly, I’m here to prove you wrong. Because betrayal has made me stronger.”Kaira also opened up about the trust issues she has developed after her past experiences. She said, “Kaira, Fyira and Cryra sab ek hi insaan mein batao. But trust issues ab bahut zyada hain. I don’t know who to trust and who not to. Maybe I do. No, I don’t know.”Kaira and Gullu had emerged as one of the prominent couples of Splitsvilla X6 and eventually won the season after the grand finale aired on May 16. Their victory came after they competed against the other finalist pairs, with the winners decided through the finale task and audience votes.Following their Splitsvilla victory, Kaira and Gullu’s relationship also became a topic of discussion after reports in June claimed that the two had unfollowed each other on Instagram and removed several joint videos and reels. Neither had officially announced their relationship status at the time. The Rise & Fall Season 2 contestant lineup includes Gautam Gulati, Kaira Anu, Karan Patel, Priyanka Chahar Choudhary, Shehzaad Poonawalla, Swara Bhasker, Irina Rudakova, Anish Bhagat, Sara Gurpal, Niharika Tiwari, Siwet Tomar, Kajal Raghwani, Raj Grover, Manish Kashyap and Tej Pratap Yadav.
