The Toronto Argonauts signed defensive lineman Kristian Williams to the practice squad on Sunday, according to the CFL Transactions page.

Kristian Williams is six foot two and weighs 295 pounds. The 25-year-old from Memphis, Tennessee, signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent on May 9, 2025. In 2025, he made two tackles (2 assists) and one pass breakup in two preseason games. In 2026, he made five tackles (5 assists) and one pass breakup in three preseason games. The Broncos released him on August 30, 2026.

Collegiately, Williams spent three seasons at the University of Oregon (2019-21) with 23 tackles (5 solos, 18 assists), one tackle for loss, and one pass breakup in 22 games for the Ducks. Then, he transferred to the University of Missouri (2022-24), where he was a team captain in 2024 and a two-time Fall SEC Academic Honor Roll recipient (2023 & 2024) with 80 tackles (41 solos, 39 assists), 11 tackles for loss, two sacks, four pass breakups, four forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 39 games for the Tigers.
