Phil Crawley had quite the sight while enjoying his morning coffee Saturday in Washago.
A moose ran by along the south bank of the Green River. It swam across before being scared by dogs and changing course, Crawley said in a social media post.
“It is illegal to chase these animals in the water and they can be quite dangerous to dogs and people on shore,” he noted.
