A setback for indoor tennis in Kelowna.
The city has ended its partnership with Tennis Clubs of Canada (TCC) for the planned five-court indoor facility at Mission Recreation Park .
The city said TCC was responsible for capital investment and construction of the Kelowna project, and ultimately did not meet its obligations.
A competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to identify the right partner will be initiated in the coming weeks.
