London asking rents fall, some landlords offer $500 gift cards

Asking rents in London declined in September compared with both a year earlier and the previous month, new data shows.

Across Canada, asking rents fell 4.2 per cent from a year earlier, according to Rentals.ca, a company used by landlords to advertise units.

In London, asking rents also declined year over year, outpacing the national drop.
