The Tour de l’Avenir is not just a high-level international competition, it is also an event that brings together, inspires, and creates lasting memories for young riders, men and women, wherever they come from. What they all share is a competitive spirit. Few of them are already professionals, but all aspire to become one. Our aim is to enrich their journey with inspiring exchanges featuring major players in cycling and pro riders eager to share their ideas and experiences.
A big thank you to the leading experts — Matthew Knight (UCI), Markel Irizar and Michael Rogers (Team Lidl-Trek), Richard Plugge and Vincent Laporte (Team Visma Lease a Bike), Romain Bardet (Picnic PostNL), Alex Carrera (A&J All Sports), Luca Viano (Ekoï) — as well as our two hosts, Celine Van den Broucke and Lilian Couillez, for contributing today in Tignes to the success of the 1st U23 Cycling Forum, a prelude to the 2025 Tour de l’Avenir.
