VIRGIN, Utah (October 8, 2026) — New Zealand’s Robin Goomes became the first rider to win three consecutive Red Bull Rampage titles, topping the women’s field with a 93.50-point second run. Hannah Bergemann finished just 0.75 points behind her in second, and Canada’s Kirsten Van Horne took third.
Rampage returned to its original venue near Virgin for the event’s 25th anniversary. The competition began there in 2001. For the first time, men and women shared a start gate at the event’s tallest venue yet, which offered more than 200 meters of vertical descent across 90 acres.
Goomes delivered the winning run with a flat spin 360, a backflip off a massive step-down and a backflip cancan near the bottom. Her flat spin 360 marked a first for the women’s field.

To prepare, Goomes built a training compound at home in New Zealand and practiced the backflip step-down until the move became second nature.
“Winning once was something I never thought I could accomplish, so winning this third title is a dream,” Goomes said. “The pressure seems to just keep building. All I knew this year is that if I wanted to do it again, I’d have to push harder than I’ve ever done and be better than I have been previously. So that was the goal coming in — just work hard for it.”

Bergemann claimed second for the second consecutive year. She opened with a 91.25-point run that combined a backflip near the top, a raw chute section, a massive drop and a suicide no-hander at the finish. She improved to 92.75 on her second attempt, landing the backflip cleanly and charging through the technical terrain.
“Yeah, for me, the podiums are just the cherry on top of the week. So much goes into this event behind the scenes,” Bergemann said. “Months and months, years of prep on the bike, getting everything ready, then building for ten days and practicing… by the time you get to comp day, you just want to do your thing. And if I accomplish the goal I set out to do, I’m happy.”
Bergemann said she took particular pride in the power and speed she brought to both runs.
“I just really wanted to charge and was super fired up to finally ride my bike,” she said.
