946 continued to get more dangerous on Monday night. As the group battled The Bloodline in the Raw main event, Carmelo Hayes joined up, attacking Solo Sikoa before the show went off the air.

Things are far from settled between the two groups, and even the six-man tag team main event didn’t have an official winner, though it’s hard to argue that The Bloodline didn’t lose the night with 946’s latest addition helping the group deliver a beating to The Usos and Sikoa.

CBS Sports was with you all night with recaps and highlights of all the action from Brookshire Grocery Arena in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Wild main event ends after Carmelo Hayes joins 946

Early in the show, The Usos and Solo Sikoa were shown backstage arguing over who was in charge ahead of their main event match with 946. Jimmy Uso eventually calmed things down by pointing out that, no matter what, they all needed to have each other’s backs throughout the night. Later, Sikoa gave LA Knight props for his tough challenge of Roman Reigns at Money in the Bank, but Knight seemed bothered by Sikoa teaming with The Bloodline.

946 vs. The Bloodline ended in a no contest after Carmelo Hayes ran in to hit Solo Sikoa with a crowbar. The match had gotten well out of hand after Jaida Parker took out the referee, leading to a brawl throughout the arena. Sikoa had put Royce Keys through the commentary desk with a Samoan drop. Back in the ring, Sikoa was lining Keys up for a Samoan Spike when Hayes ran into the ring with a crowbar and struck Sikoa. 946 then continued to beat down The Bloodline until the show went off the air.

946 probably didn’t need to keep expanding, and it’s hard to see this as the right move for someone who has shown as much promise as Hayes, but WWE seems committed to the group for the time being. It seems that this is setting up to be your WarGames match this year, and that means more bodies were needed on the 946 side. If there’s a big positive, it’s that Bronco Nima and Lucien Price aren’t really ready for this level of in-ring work and Hayes can help carry the in-ring load. Grade: B-
