How long have you lived in Brampton and do you live in Ward 2 or Ward 6?

I have lived in Brampton all my life. I currently live in Ward 6.

What is your previous political experience?

Like many others, this is my first time running in the municipal election. Throughout my time in the community, I have built wonderful connections while volunteering for kids sports and running a holiday donation drive with Brampton Animal Services. As an active member of the community I experience many of the same issues my neighbours struggle with on a daily basis. My goal is to bring action and real results to make Brampton a better place for families to grow.

If elected, what are your priorities?

Once elected, my goals for wards 2 and 6 are higher community safety standards, fair and transparent property taxes, and increased bylaw resolutions. My belief is every family in Brampton deserves to feel safe in their own home. They deserve to know where every dollar of their taxes are spent, and when they call on the city for support, we should be there with quicker response times. Residents work hard for this city, and I will be a regional councillor that works just as hard for them.

How long have you lived in Brampton and do you live in wards 2 or 6?

I have lived in Brampton all my life. I grew up in the G section and, 25 years ago, made Heart Lake in Ward 2 my home, where I have continued to live, work and raise my family.

Brampton is more than just the place I live — it is the community I know and care deeply about. I have watched our city grow and change over the years, and I believe that experience gives me a unique understanding of both what makes Brampton special and the challenges our residents are facing today.

What is your previous political experience?

I have not previously held elected office. My political experience comes from being actively involved in my community, listening to residents and advocating for issues that matter to local families.

Through this campaign, I have had the opportunity to speak directly with residents across wards 2 and 6, hear their concerns and better understand the issues affecting our neighbourhoods. These conversations have reinforced my belief that effective representation starts with listening, being accessible and following through.

I am bringing that community-focused approach to my campaign for regional councillor. I may be new to elected office, but I am not new to Brampton. I have lived here all my life and understand the importance of having a representative who is approachable, accountable and willing to work hard for residents.

If elected, what are your priorities?

If elected, my priority will be putting residents first and making Brampton a safe, affordable and well-managed city where people can be proud to live.

I will focus on responsible spending and accountability at city hall, ensuring taxpayers receive value for their money and that tax increases are carefully considered.

Community safety will be a major priority. I will advocate for safer roads, better traffic management, stronger enforcement of speeding and dangerous driving, and neighbourhoods where residents feel secure.

I will work to improve roads, parks, city services and property standards, including addressing neglected and overgrown properties that affect our neighbourhoods and property values.

Our seniors deserve to feel valued, supported and connected. I will advocate for better access to programs, services, affordable housing and community opportunities for seniors.

Health care is also a priority. While health care is primarily a provincial responsibility, I will work with all levels of government to advocate for improved access to health-care services, mental health supports, paramedic services and community-based care.

Most importantly, I will listen, be accessible and accountable, and bring residents’ concerns to city hall and the Region of Peel while working to deliver practical results for Wards 2 and 6.

How long have you lived in Brampton and do you live in wards 2 or 6?

I am a lifelong Brampton resident, born and raised in the Heart Lake community. Brampton has always been my home, and I have had the opportunity to watch our city grow and evolve over the years. I live in Wards 2 and 6, the community I have proudly represented since 2014.

What is your previous political experience?

I was first elected as regional councillor for wards 2 and 6 in 2014 and have served three consecutive terms on both Brampton City Council and Peel Regional Council. Throughout my time in office, I have taken on leadership roles focused on community safety, responsible growth, environmental stewardship and good governance. I currently serve as chair of Brampton’s Planning and Development Committee and chair of the Credit Valley Conservation, and I founded and chaired Brampton’s Community Safety Advisory Committee.

If elected, what are your priorities?

My priority is to continue delivering practical results that improve the everyday lives of Brampton residents. My approach has always been simple and will remain the same: listen to residents, take action and get results.

Community safety has and will continue to be a top priority. I will continue to expand Community Safety Zones by lowering speeds in residential neighbourhoods, advance traffic calming measures and strengthen proactive bylaw enforcement. I will continue building on this work and advocating for the resources needed to keep our neighbourhoods and roads safe, including investments like the new Peel Regional Police 23 Division coming to our area this November.

As Brampton grows, I will continue advocating for responsible development that protects established neighbourhoods while ensuring roads, recreation facilities and community services keep pace with growth. I remain committed to delivering the spaces families have asked for, including the new Embleton Community Centre, advancing the Environmental Education Centre, revitalizing neighbourhood parks, expanding recreation opportunities while protecting our green spaces.

Most importantly, I will continue being accessible and listening to residents. Your priorities guide my work, and I will continue bringing your voices to the city and regional council and turning your concerns into meaningful action.

How long have you lived in Brampton and do you live in wards 2 or 6?

I am a proud Bramptonian and have lived in Brampton for almost my entire life. I moved to Ward 6 in 2016, and since then, I have continued to build strong connections with residents and the community.

What is your previous political experience?

As a youth community advocate, I actively support and engage young people, creating opportunities for them to participate, lead, and make a difference. I also regularly attend community, city council, and regional council meetings, where I stay informed about the issues affecting residents and understand how decisions are made and how they impact our community. These experiences have helped me develop a strong understanding of local government and the importance of accountable community leadership.

If elected, what are your priorities?

I am running for regional councillor because I believe wards 2 and 6 deserve leadership that is focused, local, and committed. With more than $350 million in the region’s budget, residents deserve responsible spending that delivers real results in their neighbourhoods.

My priorities are safer streets, better traffic management, improved transit, and responsible spending. I will bring residents’ concerns directly to the regional council and advocate for practical solutions, including addressing dangerous intersections, speeding, congestion, and transportation challenges. I will push for better co-ordination between the city and region, improved transit service, and investments that deliver measurable results for residents.

I will also ask questions about how taxpayer dollars are being spent and advocate for transparency and accountability. Most importantly, I will listen to residents, follow up on their concerns, and make sure wards 2 and 6 have a strong, accessible voice at regional council.
